Olfa - Payment and shipping
How and when can you pay?
When you place products in your shopping cart you will see the "Checkout" link, when you click on this you start the ordering process. It is also possible to start the ordering process from your shopping cart by clicking on "Checkout".
For special orders it is possible that you make a partial payment in consultation with us, a partial payment means that you have to pay a percentage of the total amount in advance. This percentage can never be more than 50% of the full purchase price in accordance with the regulations of the ACM.
For European payment convenience, we use a payment processor "pay.nl", by using pay.nl it is possible to pay via secure and many different ways which are common in your country.
After payment in our system, an invoice is sent to the e-mail address you have provided, your invoice can also be requested via your account and downloaded as a PDF.
If you do not have access to one of the available payment methods, please contact us about other orders or delivery options.
Cost of payment methods
For certain payment methods we charge transaction costs for the means, the costs for each payment method are no more than these costs.
For paypal applies: 1.5% of the total amount + € 0.35 EUR in accordance with our agreement with paypal.
In your order overview you will find the total of your shopping cart including the transaction costs.
Shipping and methods
All shipments are sent by parcel or letter post per GLS, if an order is before 16:00 it will be sent the same day, normally you can expect the package the next day, for neighboring countries 1-2 days delivery, for other EU countries apply 1-3 days delivery, outside the EU a delivery time of 1-5 days applies.
Shipping costs are currently calculated on a maximum weight and size for parcel post, if a parcel exceeds this, these costs are for our account unless your order is so large that they exceed the limit of 100, - shipping costs. In such cases we will contact you by telephone or digital to discuss your order and to view the possibilities together with you (eg in case of container deliveries).
If delivery is not possible within 30 days, we will inform you of this so that you may still be able to cancel the purchase, if delivery is not possible and you want to cancel the purchase, the full purchase price including additional shipping and transaction costs will be refunded on an agreed method.
Risk of loss and damage on delivery
Olfawinkel carries the risk of loss upon delivery and / or damage until you have received the product. If the package is delivered to your neighbors or a third party on request from you, then this person bears the risk from the moment the product is delivered and in his / her possession.
If the package deliverer has delivered the package to your neighbors or a third party, the risk of loss / damage is at Olfawinkel.
The above risk regulation only applies if Olfawinkel has chosen the carrier of the product, if you wish to have your own carrier as a buyer, then the risk of loss / damage will lapse as soon as we hand over the package to your courier.
