You can register a product for return on our website under your account, click on the order you want to return, once it is opened click on "return products", this operation is not required by law but ensures that our RMA procedure is started so that we can come into contact with you to discuss the dispute with you.

For all returns, the product:
- Not used after arrival if the product has been damaged during shipment;
- The product has not been defective due to unauthorized use or misuse of the product;
- The product has not been modified in any way as a result of which it has become defective;
- The product is not mixed with goods that may have caused damage;
- The product in original packaging is sent back open or closed;

For all return the legal obligations apply in accordance with the regulations of the ACM for both the consumer and for us as supplier which are described below.

All returned products will be checked to see if they comply with the legal provisions if you use the right of withdrawal.

Defective products

As a consumer you are entitled to a sound product, therefore we try to arrange replacement or repair for defective products in the first instance. The costs of replacing a product or parts here are at the expense of Olfawinkel if it can be demonstrated that the product has actually failed or is incomplete according to logical reasons.

If the product does not function properly, Olfawinkel takes responsibility for contacting the manufacturer and arranges temporary replacement or repair of the product if possible. Of course replacement or repair does not apply if the product works properly, if you want to return the product that works well then the right of withdrawal applies as described below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receive the good. Exceptions to right of withdrawal

Also excluded are products whose sales value fluctuates enormously where we as intermediaries have no influence and services such as rental of machines or our sharpening service.

Disputes and complaints

First of all, we find it very annoying that you have a complaint about one or more of our products, know in advance that we take your complaint very seriously and will do everything to deprive the complaint or causes of the complaint as far as that for us possible and within the law is feasible.
